Kootenay Carnival magazine exists to be an honest exhibition of the arts across the Kootenay region. Besides featuring recognized performers, writers and visual artists, this magazine will strive to uncover talent yet to be seen by a wide audience and offer its readers a change of viewpoint and possibly a new way of seeing the region's arts and artists. The magazine's listing pages are included to provide at-a-glance information to those endeavouring to attend concerts, festivals, gallery showings, theatre and live entertainment at all venues throughout the East and West Kootenay region.
